The Role:
Shikho is seeking some dynamic, motivated, and creative Junior Executives to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you will not only deliver exceptional customer support but also identify opportunities to drive sales by upselling and cross-selling our offerings. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Maintain good relationship with customers, answer to customer queries and educate them
• Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
• You have to answer to inbound calls and label all the queries
• You will escalate critical issues to supervisor
• Identify and leverage opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries on social media platforms.
• You will develop and manage existing customer relationships, drive business growth, and engage in customer value, satisfaction and retention
• You will have to collect customer feedback, understand customer needs and help other teams to make decisions leading to customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• 3 to 6 Months of experience in query handling (Inbound, Outbound, Messenger) will get preference.
• Experience in tele-sales will get preference.
• Graduate from a reputed university.
• Good typing speed in both Bangla and English.
• Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.
• Basic knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, Google Sheet.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
• Great organizational and time management abilities.
• Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on a roster basis between.

Job type: Contractual
Working Hours: 5 Days a Week, 9 hours per day (Roster basis)
Location: Mirpur, Dhaka
Salary: Gross BDT 14,000 per month
Additional monthly incentive based on sales
