The Role:
Shikho is searching for an Executive, Martech & Lifecycle to support lifecycle marketing initiatives and user engagement campaigns. This role focuses on executing lifecycle campaigns using Martech tools such as CleverTap, Marketo, and similar platforms.
Candidates may come from either:
• Martech / lifecycle marketing backgrounds or
• Performance marketing backgrounds (paid ads) with an interest in lifecycle marketing.
The role requires a data-driven mindset and strong execution ability, with the flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lifecycle Marketing Campaigns
• Execute lifecycle marketing initiatives across channels including: push notifications, in-app messaging, email campaigns, SMS campaigns Using Martech tools such as: CleverTap, Marketo and similar engagement platforms.
Audience Segmentation
• Create and manage user segments based on behavioral data and lifecycle stages : new users, active user, inactive users, re-engagement segments
Campaign Execution
• Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns including: onboarding journeys, engagement campaigns, reactivation campaigns, feature adoption campaigns
• Ensure campaign setup and targeting accuracy.
Performance Monitoring
• Analyze lifecycle campaign performance metrics such as: open rates, click rates, engagement metrics, retention indicators
Prepare campaign performance summaries and insights.
Growth Experimentation
•Support lifecycle growth initiatives including: onboarding improvements, engagement experiments, retention programs, user activation initiatives
• Work with team mates to test new engagement strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with:
- Product team for event tracking and lifecycle triggers
- BI team for segmentation and reporting
- Brand team for messaging and content
- Ensure lifecycle campaigns align with product usage and engagement goals.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 1 to 2 years experience in one or more of the following areas: Martech /Lifecycle marketing, CRM/Customer engagement platforms, Performance marketing/Paid ads
Platform Experience
- Experience with one or more platforms such as: CleverTap, Marketo, HubSpot or similar lifecycle marketing tools
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Basic analytical skills for campaign performance evaluation
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Mindset
- Comfortable working in startup or fast-moving environments
- Strong ownership mindset
- Willingness to test, learn, and iterate
Preferred Qualifications (added advantage)
- Experience with lifecycle marketing tools such as CleverTap
- Basic familiarity with analytics platforms (GA4, Firebase)
- Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing concepts
