Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy to cater to organizational needs.
- Utilize various digital marketing channels, including but not limited to performance
marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for lead generation
2. Campaign Performance and Optimization:
- Monitor the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and optimize them for
maximum efficiency and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements to increase conversion rates
and lead quality.
- Work closely with the brand marketing team to ensure the alignment of campaigns with
overall brand messaging and marketing objectives.
3. Collaboration with Tele sales:
- Establish a strong partnership with the Tele sales team to ensure the accuracy and quality
of leads generated through digital marketing efforts.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to the Tele sales team to enhance their lead conversion
rates and overall effectiveness.
4. Budget Planning and Management:
- Plan and allocate budgets for different digital marketing campaigns based on
historical performance and projected outcomes.
- Continuously monitor campaign spending and make data-driven decisions to optimize
budget allocation for maximum impact.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools and data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate
insightful reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Present regular reports to the management team, highlighting campaign performance
and proposed strategies for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage partnerships
and collaboration opportunities.
- Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads,
Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, etc.
- Prior experience in the education technology industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team of marketing professionals.
