The Role:
Shikho is currently searching a Team Lead for the tele-sales department at our Dhaka office. This position entails overseeing a tele-sales team, providing direct supervision, and monitoring their performance. Additionally, the role involves ensuring the team remains motivated and engaged.


Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Team Management:
• Directly supervise and manage a team of tele-sales agents to ensure they meet individual and team targets.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their performance and productivity.

Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:
• Monitor the performance of tele-sales agents through regular performance reviews and assessments.
• Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Strategic Planning and Goal Setting:
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop sales strategies, set sales targets, and establish action plans to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
• Align team goals with overall company objectives and ensure effective execution of sales plans.

Motivation and Team Building:
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment to boost team morale and engagement.

Customer Relationship Management:
• Assist tele-sales agents in building strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
• Handle escalated learner inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution and learner satisfaction.

Compliance:
• Ensure that tele-sales agents adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with learners.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Possess excellent communication skills in Bangla & English
• Leadership and Teambuilding
• Target oriented and thrive in a fast-paced and self-driven working environment
• Previous experience in tele-sales and customer experience is preferred

• Job type: Full-time, 6 Days a Week, 10 AM to 7 PM
• Location: Gulshan, Dhaka
• Department: Sales
• Salary: 15,000 to 25,000 BDT (depending on experience)
