The Role:
Shikho is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader to join our Tele-sales Department at the Dhaka office. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead a team of tele-sales agents who actively connect with prospective learners, promote our academic offerings, and play a direct role in driving sales. We’re looking for someone with a solid background in tele-sales, hands-on team leadership experience, and a proven track record of boosting performance in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
As a Team Leader, you’ll not only supervise daily operations but also play a key role in motivating your team, strategizing for sales success, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
• Supervise and manage a team of tele-sales agents to ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to maximize productivity and performance.
• Conduct regular team huddles and one-on-one check-ins to maintain alignment and engagement.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
• Track and evaluate team performance through KPIs, daily reports, and review sessions.
• Analyze sales trends and identify areas for improvement; implement strategies for optimization.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Collaborate with the sales leadership team to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Translate sales plans into actionable steps and ensure smooth execution across the team.
• Proactively adjust team tactics to meet changing targets or challenges.
Motivation & Culture Building:
• Cultivate a positive, high-energy work environment focused on collaboration, recognition, and results.
• Celebrate wins, inspire confidence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Customer Engagement & Issue Resolution:
• Guide agents in building strong rapport with learners and understanding their needs.
• Handle escalated queries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring learner satisfaction.
Policy Compliance:
• Ensure all team members follow internal policies, processes, and ethical standards in every interaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (required)
• Prior experience in tele-sales, preferably in an EdTech or fast-paced sales environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams toward exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Bangla and English.
• Highly target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and thrive in a performance-driven culture.
• A proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
