The Role:
Shikho is looking for a highly creative and fast-paced Video Creator & Editor who can handle the entire production cycle from shooting high-quality footage on the spot to delivering professional edits. If you have a knack for storytelling, understand internet trends, and can turn raw moments into viral content, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Shoot high-quality, engaging short-form videos (Reels/TikTok style) using iPhones and professional camera.
• Capture real-time content during live sessions, events, or activities.
• Edit videos with a high level of polish using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut Pro
• Ensure clean audio, proper pacing, and visually engaging output
• Collaborate with our mentors and team members to brainstorm and execute content ideas
• Develop engaging hooks and storytelling formats
• Optimize content for social platforms (vertical format, short attention span)
• Use trending sounds, memes, and formats to increase reach and engagement
• Create simple, eye-catching thumbnails for videos
• Film, edit, and deliver content quickly
• Maintain high quality while working under tight timelines
Qualifications:
• Experience in video production, editing, or short-form content creation
• Hands-on experience creating Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts
• Strong experience shooting with phones and camera
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut Pro
• Strong storytelling ability (especially creating hooks in the first 3 seconds)
• Understanding of internet culture, Gen Z trends, and meme language
• Basic knowledge of sound design, audio clarity, and color grading
• Ability to manage fast turnaround production cycles
• Fast, agile, and execution-focused
• Creative thinker with a strong sense of humor
• Comfortable working in dynamic and changing environments
