The Role:

Shikho is hiring an Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing & Growth to drive data-driven digital marketing strategies in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will have strong ownership, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to execute impactful campaigns across multiple digital channels, including paid media, lifecycle marketing, and growth tactics.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement robust digital marketing strategies across paid ads, lifecycle marketing, social media, and growth marketing.
• Leverage tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, CleverTap, Adjust, and email marketing platforms for full-funnel growth.
• Align marketing initiatives with business goals to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Campaign Execution and Optimization:

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across PPC, display, video, and social channels.
• Conduct A/B testing and leverage data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with Brand, BI, Product, and Operations teams for cohesive campaign execution.

Lifecycle Marketing and MarTech:

• Use CRM, CLM, and MarTech tools (e.g., CleverTap, Adjust, Google Analytics, HubSpot) to optimize the entire customer journey.
• Implement automated journeys and personalized messaging to enhance engagement and retention.

Analytics, Measurement, and Reporting:

• Set up and manage tracking systems (e.g., pixel, SDK, Google Tag Manager, data layers) for accurate performance measurement.
• Use tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, or similar platforms for reporting and visualization.
• Implement automated reporting dashboards for better decision-making.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and CLM:

• Optimize conversion rates across web and app touchpoints.
• Analyze customer behavior and lifecycle data to improve engagement and retention.

People Management and Leadership:

• Manage one or two direct reports, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
• Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications and Skills:


• 4+ years of digital marketing experience, focused on performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and growth strategy.
• Experience managing direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in CRM, CLM, and MarTech platforms (e.g., CleverTap, Adjust, HubSpot).
• Strong technical understanding of tracking, analytics, and automation tools.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn and adapt.
