Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze and maintain documentation to develop features and products. Create a roadmap for the present and future products.
- Collaborating with the product team and the cross-functional teams
- Find out business and or user problems, and find our solutions accordingly.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time
- Work with UI/UX designers to create designs and wireframes
- Gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and customer feedback.
- Manage and improve features for the existing users.
- Work with all departments cross-functionally, including Management, Technology, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounts, HR and external teams.
- Maintaining strong customer relations and providing product support.
- Manage the day-to-day operations in the product life-cycle.
Qualification & Skills:
- Graduate from a reputed university
- At least 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Understand customer psychology. Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.
- Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
- Can work with SQL.
- Enthusiastic, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and self-driven working environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, Google Sheet.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
- Great organizational and time management abilities.
- Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
The Important Bits:
Job type: Full Time, 5 Days a Week, 9AM to 5PM (or equivalent hours)
Location: Banani, Dhaka
Department: Technology & Product
Reporting to: Product Manager
Salary: BDT 30k to 50k (depends on experience)
Bonus: Two festival bonuses (each half of your one month gross salary)
Weekend: Friday and Saturday
