The Role:

Shikho is seeking a talented and passionate Creative Production Lead to uphold and elevate our creative standards. Join us on the exciting journey as we revolutionize the landscape of Bangladeshi education technology.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive the creative production process, from taking briefs to managing post-production, including scripting, reviews, and final delivery.

• Collaborate closely with brand teams to align creative outputs with strategic goals and brand guidelines.

• Support line management in scheduling key personnel, facilitating retakes, and adhering to project budgets and timelines.

• Streamline onboarding processes for freelancers and ensure compliance with internal policies.

• Serve as the primary liaison between Knowledge, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment across all production stages.

• Coordinate production schedules, updates, and deliverables, ensuring efficient workflows and timely completion of projects.

• Oversee and manage freelance talent and studio coordination to maintain quality and consistency in deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in creative production or a similar role.

• Graduation from any reputed university in any discipline.

• Exceptional project management and communication skills.

• Familiarity with post-production tools and creative workflows.

• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Working Days & Hours: 5 Days a Week, 10 AM to 6 PM (Sunday - Thursday)
Location: Gulshan, Dhaka
Salary: Negotiable
