The Role:
Shikho is looking for Junior Operations Executive for Operations Department for Live operations. This role will be focus to introduction of doubt-solving sessions on Fridays and the production of admission recorded video series during daytime shoots are expanding our offerings.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for setting up the live-class studio
- Will be responsible for maintaining the live classes in the system (App/Zoom/OBS/Other relevant software)
- Solving tech-related issues regarding live classes and liaising with the product team
- Will be responsible for communicating with concerned persons and live-class teachers about the timetables so that they can conduct classes on time
- Maintain constant communication with all live class teachers and the backup teachers, and reach out to backup teachers if someone is absent so that classes are on time
- Responsible for making the backup of live classes for Shikho courses in the system, updating class routines on time, and input live classes in our app backend
- Maintenance of live class related excel sheets, monthly teacher payment calculation, etc.
- Work together with the other operations executives to see if everything is synced according to live class operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
• A bachelor's degree in any discipline from a reputed public or private university.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding a bachelor's degree in science or closely related fields.
• Familiarity with content management systems and database structures.
• Strong attention to detail is needed to maintain content accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team.
• Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to changing requirements.
• Understanding of quality assurance principles for content validation.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on emerging technologies in content management.
• Basic analytical skills for content assessment and interpretation.
• Ability to work well as part of a team toward common goals.
• Computer literacy and good knowledge at MS Office, G-Suite applications, Zoom, etc.

Working Location: Shikho Gulshan campus
Monthly Salary: BDT 20,000
